Adobe Flash 10.2 heading to an Android 2.2/2.3/3.0 equipped device near you!

One week from now Adobe will be releasing Flash 10.2 for Android devices equipped with Froyo and Gingerbread as well as a beta version for Honeycomb Tablets running version Android 3.0.1.

This new version will bring performance enhancements to all Flash capable devices as well as be optimized for dual-core powered devices like the Motorola Atrix and the Motorola Xoom. This version also brings the framework for better text input in flash applications for all touch devices and Honeycomb tablets will get more HD video support with the Stage Video rendering pipeline.
