The SKU implies that this unique looking Android phone will be headed to Virgin, but given that this is such a new phone, just being announced at last month's MWC, and that its hardware places it in the upper echelon of Android devices I would reasonable to believe that this could also be headed to Virgin's parent company; Bell.
Also worth noting, the screenshot shows that the phone could be sold for $499.99 no-contract. Although with Bell's new policy forbidding selling the Motorola Atrix outright, expect this phone to fall under the same policy.
