Nexus Prime rumoured to be launched in October with Ice Cream Sandwich

According to a report from the Electronic Times Nexus Prime could possibly launch in October. This places it directly head to head with the rumoured iPhone 5/4S launch. The leaked specs from BGR line up with the report although worth noting is that the chipset to be used is still disputed and the 4.5 inch 720p Super AMOLED HD display could possibly be using the PenTile matrix. The last piece of news would be disappointing (mentioned in our Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate 4G and Motorola Atrix 4G reviews) as we don't like it as much as the standard RGB stripe found on most displays including the Super AMOLED Plus.
