Rogers Samsung Galaxy S II LTE launch imminent?

Word on RedFlagDeals forums is that the Rogers Samsung Galaxy S II LTE on pre-orders are about to ship to their Rogers outlets of choice. Two users Ironsmack and omgbbq2 (great name) have info on on the much coveted LTE powered device. Ironsmack recieved a notification email about the phone being prepared to ship while omgbbq2 claims that a rep confirms the stock to be in for Oct 18th. Of course this info could be misleading but we hope it is more than a coincidence that both get info on the same night.
