Looks like HTC is looking to outdo itself in a move that is a bit surprising. They officially announced the Desire X a 4-inch WVGA 800x480 phone powered by a Dual-Core 1GHz Snapdragon S4 processor with 5MP camera. This phone basically slots itself between the One V and One S in terms of size and internal hardware. Also noteworthy is that the Desire X sports a removable back for access to the battery and microSD card slot. No word on Canadian availability but seeing the Desire C hitting Canadian shelves we expect to see the Desire X as well but probably at a higher price tag.
