While we are already looking forward to the unveiling of the M7 on February 19th, we had a sneaking suspicion that, like the One Series, there would be a mid range and entry level offering also unveiled during the event. UnwiredView/evleaks has gotten information which they believe confirms a mid range and entry level offering.
The M4 is expected to be a successor to the HTC One S, with a 1.2GHz Dual Core Snapdraon (S4?) processor, 4.3 inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13MP f/2.0 1080p camera, 1700mAh battery and Jelly Bean (probably Android 4.1).
The G2 on the other hand fall much in line to what we already saw with the HTC Desire C, with a 1GHz Processor, 3.5-inch HVGA display, 512MB of RAM 5MP camera, 1400mAh battery and running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
What is noticeably missing is a successor to the underrated HTC One V. Although we can understand that the a lightly upgraded One V isn't counted out just yet. These latest news have us really excited for the February 19th event.
