Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0 (Wi-Fi) now available

Our friends at Samsung have let us know through an official press release that the much talked about Galaxy Note 8.0 is finally available in Canada. This compact tablet is set to wage war on Google's Nexus 7 as well as Apple's iPad Mini. As a primer for the specs the Galaxy Note 8.0 are: 8.0-inch 1280 x 800 TFT Display, 1.6 GHz Quad Core Processor, 2 GB RAM, S Pen, 5-Megapixel Main Camera and 1.3-Megapixel Front-Facing Camera, 16 GB Internal Storage + Expandable MicroSD Card Slot (up to 64 GB), 4600 mAh Battery and is powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The tablet is now available from national retailers, including Best Buy, Future Shop, and Staples.
