Sony to get into the 'Phablet' Market with the Xperia Z Ultra?

Leaked images of what was an Xperia device with a kitten on it made its round in the past few days. It looks like the mysterious feline clad device is in fact Sony's crack at the Phablet market the Xperia Z Ultra. Like the trailblazing Galaxy Note it looks like the Xperia Z Ultra will work with stylus input.

Rumored specs include  6.44-inch 1080p “Triluminos with X-Reality for Mobile” display, Quad Core Snapdragon 800 CPU at 2.2GHz, Adreno 330 graphics, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage expandable by microSD memory card slot, 8MP rear facing camera, 2.2MP front-facing camera and powered by Android 4.2.

No word on Canadian availability We'll have to wait for July.
