HTC reaffirms commitment to Android 4.4 KitKat on HTC One by January

While the rollout of Android 4.4 KitKat to the Google Play Edition HTC One isn't happening at the remarkably fast pace it did with Android 4.3 and missed their promise of an update within the first 15 days it seems like HTC still believes they can make their self imposed deadline of 90 days for the Sense skinned HTC One to get 4.4 by January.

Taking to the official HTC USA twitter page HTC America has reiterated that the North American HTC Ones will get updated to Android 4.4 by January. We certainly hope this is the case as it will be another solid showing in HTC's commitment to keeping their handsets up to date.
